Rifle Amp is pretty meh, the only frames I run with that V Polarity are melee frames. Saryn is one of them, and they use Steel Charge. The best, most versatile polarity for an Aura mod is ' - ' minus, it has so many good ones, Energy Siphon, Corrosive Projection (a must in T4), Shield Disruption, Enemy Radar, and all the Scavenger ones.

Note that CP aura will give you a much larger damage increase than Rifle Amp against enemies (although the core has no armor, so not for that). Edit: Actually, I forgot, the Archwing damage mods suck. Rifle Amp might actually be pretty powerful.

It will do same thing as a propa, which is 1 tap shields, but has a lot higher crit chance. Just don't shoot too early, you will be able to destroy shields better with this amp combination, even though they will take a bit to get used to.
